Hello Room 15 "Super Brainy Spy Kids"

Welcome back to Term 2! We have some exciting events that will be happening during the term. One of those exciting events is the zoo trip coming in week 5 this term! I am sure you are just as excited as me about this amazing trip. Im sure we will see some amazing animals ranging from birds to exotic animals. Room 15 has changed a little bit, so don't be too surprised when you walk in! Also, remember to bring a smile on your face as well as a positive attitude to start Term 2. Looking forward to seeing you all! =)

Culture! Week 9 Term 1

This week the Super Brainy Spy Kids have been focusing on Culture. We have done some Samoan weaving, looked at a man climbing a  coconut tree and wrote about our own culture. Many of the Super Brainy Spy Kids have a mixture of wonderful cultures. Many of the students have a Samoan background culture as well as Cook Island, Maori and Vietnamese culture. It is fantastic to see the diversity and the range of different cultures our students bring to Rowandale Primary!

The capital is Suva with two international airports! It is a tourist destination, therefore it is a very 

hot spot for tourists!

Week 8 Term 1 

On Friday the Super Brainy Spy Kids Created planets. We have been learning about planets for the whole week so we have gained knowledge. In discovery today we made planets, had fun with space wordsearches, created our own space alien and put the planets in order from the 1st planet to the last planet. We are all looking forward to our trip to the Stardome!!!
